Rina F. Kaplan
About
Rina F. Kaplan is the Founding and Managing Partner of Kaplan Law Group, P.A. Rina was born in La Paz, Bolivia and speaks Spanish fluently. When she was a teenager, she moved to Miami, Florida where she finished high school.
Education & Licenses
After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Miami in 1991, Rina went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 1998.
She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999 and is licensed to represent her clients before all courts within the State of Florida.
Areas of Practice
Rina opened her own law practice, Law Office of Rina Kaplan, P.A., in 2003 and since that time has focused her practice on handling personal injury protection (“PIP”) insurance claims.
She also commits a large portion of her practice to helping victims of automobile accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites.
Courtroom Experience
Rina has tried over 40 cases in State court and, in 2012 achieved the AV Preeminent rating, the highest possible rating for a lawyer in both legal ability and ethical standards.
